You can permanently delete your Eiger account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how, what gets deleted, and what you should know before you do.
The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the Eiger app:
Profile → scroll to the bottom → Delete account
In-app deletion is the recommended way to delete your account. It removes your data immediately and requires no wait.
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request deletion by email:

Deleting your account permanently removes your account and all data associated with it, including:
Nothing tied to your identity is retained after deletion. We may retain anonymized, aggregate data that can no longer be linked back to you, where permitted under our Privacy Policy.
Deleting your Eiger account does not cancel an active subscription purchased through the App Store or Google Play. If you have a paid subscription, cancel it separately in your App Store or Google Play account settings to avoid future charges.
